Join our Seattle/Bellevue Mechanical/Fire Protection design team as a Mechanical/Fire Protection Engineer to design light rail, heavy rail, highway, and aviation facilities. Create a meaningful career and build communities that matter.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience
- Master’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience
- PhD in Engineering and 4 years of relevant experience
- Prepares high quality deliverables that are on time, and within budget and scope
- Experience with the codes and standards within the National Building and Fire Protection Industry (IBC, IMC, NFPA, etc.)
- Fire Protection system design experience including: specification and drawing development for tunnel ventilation, sprinkler, and standpipe systems.
- REVIT Design Experience/Familiarity
- Understands the impacts of decisions on technical design and work planning.
- Coordinates work planning and design effectively across multiple technical disciplines.
