Job Description
All Native Group is seeking a Desktop Engineer III with a minimum of five years' experience working in areas such as hardware installation, incident response, and system upgrades, with a TOP SECRET security clearance and MCSE certification.
Requirements
- Analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning, design, and installation of new and existing personal computer systems
- Experience with LAN/WAN, including wireless interfaces, and Riverbed SteelFusion
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification
- Active Help Desk Institute (HDI) Desktop Support Technician (DST) Certification
- Remedy Ticketing system (ARS) experience
