Job Description
The Senior Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of preconstruction services for projects, providing input, coordination and problem solving, at all stages of design. The position requires guiding projects through the preconstruction / design phase, maintaining each project’s desired program, scope, and quality, and ensuring effective schedule and cost control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site experience in the management of new construction and the renovation of existing assets
- Advanced knowledge of principles and practices of budgeting, accounting and procurement in order to manage construction projects
- Proficient with MS Office, estimating and scheduling software and other database applications such as Suretrack/ProLog/BIM/VICO
- LEED AP preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
