Job Description
The VDC Manager is responsible for managing the on-site VDC process, facilitating production and model development, and implementing advanced technologies for the Preconstruction phase. This role contributes value by allowing more accuracy in quantity estimation and visual representation of scope during preconstruction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in VDC/BIM 3D modeling, construction technology or related field
- Proficient with BIM technology such as: VICO, Navisworks, Revit, Assemble and other design technology in the A/C/E industry, as well as Auto Desk Suite and MS Office Suite
