Handyman/Maintenance Tech

Yellow Jacket Maintenance Services (YJM) is hiring a Maintenance Technician / Handyman with strong multi-trade experience to support residential and HOA properties.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of maintenance technician, handyman, or multi-trade experience
• Experience working in residential, HOA, or property management environments
• Strong knowledge of electrical, drywall, and general repairs
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own basic hand tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
