Yellow Jacket Maintenance Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their growing suburban markets team. The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled across multiple trades, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and professional service.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of handyman or maintenance experience
• Ownership of basic hand tools
• Ability to lift and carry tools and materials up to 50 lbs regularly and 75–100 lbs occasionally
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills and a general understanding of property management environments
• Fluency in English
• Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
