Job Description
Commercial HVAC Sales Representative responsible for building and maintaining long-term commercial client relationships, identifying revenue opportunities, and managing projects from signed agreement through completion and closeout.
Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of commercial mechanical field experience
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems and code compliance
- Proven ability to manage commercial projects through completion
- Experience developing and selling service agreements
- Experience staging work and coordinating material procurement
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
