We are looking for an Employee Purchasing & Sales Internal Service to support the purchasing department and provide customer and partner support in a successful medium-sized production and trading company. Responsibilities include creating offers, presentations, and sales documents, as well as monitoring sales figures and evaluations. Required skills include commercial training or studies, professional experience in purchasing and sales, and excellent communication skills in German and English.
Requirements
- Customer and partner support and coordination
- Support of the purchasing department in the day-to-day business
- Timely processing of orders
- Creation of offers, presentations and sales documents
- Maintenance of customer & product data and CRM systems
- Monitoring of sales figures and creation of evaluations
- Commercial training or studies
- First or relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned commercial field, ideally acquired in a production or trading company
- Secure communication in German as well as at least good English knowledge
- Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel & Word) and inventory management systems
- Structured, reliable and proactive working style
- Organizational talent and communication strength
- Hands-on team player with enjoyment of a varied task in a motivated team with flat structures
