Job Description
Join a global, collaborative team of professionals as an intern in the Equity Capital Markets practice at Hogan Lovells in Beijing. Conduct legal research, due diligence, and drafting legal documents in Chinese and English.
Requirements
- 2026 or 2027 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law
- PRC bar qualification preferred
- Exceptional writing skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong legal research and writing capabilities
- Available to work five days a week and willing to travel as required
- Detail-orientated with a fast learning ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and organisation skills
- Effective task management and ability to perform under pressure
- Prior experience at a law firm or in-house legal team is a plus
