Marketing & Business Development Systems Manager

We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Systems Manager to join our global team. The successful candidate will have experience working with CRM, Marketing Automation, Credential Management, and Data Quality solutions. They will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing the day-to-day operational support and administration of M&BD systems, and delivering end-user training for all M&BD systems.

Requirements

• Seven (7)+ years of demonstrable experience working with CRM, Marketing Automation, Credential Management, and Data Quality solutions
• Two (2) years in a management/supervisory position
• Knowledge of InterAction CRM, Litera Concep, Introhive ERM, Litera Foundation, Microsoft CoPilot and other developing AI solutions
