We are looking for a Female/Male Lawyer (m/f/d) Bank and Capital Markets Law/Debt Capital Markets to join our dynamic team in Frankfurt. The role involves advising clients on national and international levels in debt capital markets, with a focus on alternative investments and restructuring.

Requirements

• At least two fully satisfying law degrees
• Good English skills
• Good communication skills and economic understanding
• Enjoyment of challenging legal work and negotiations
• Solution-oriented, holistic thinking and structured work
• Enjoyment of working in a team
• Interest in new technologies in the field of Cyber Security (DORA) and/or Digital Finance
