We are looking for a Female/Male/Non-binary Reference / Scientific Employee to join our Corporate M&A, Energy team in Hamburg. The team supports companies in large national and international M&A transactions from the areas of Renewable Energies, On- and Offshore Wind, Solar portfolios, infrastructure projects, gas and electricity networks, and joint ventures and project-related contracts.

Requirements

• A minimum fully satisfactory first state exam or completed part of the first state exam at a German university
• Interest in economic connections and processes
• Very good English language skills
