Job Description
HOK is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Austin. The role involves three key responsibilities: Project Management, Operational support, and Business development support.
Requirements
- Management of project team(s)
- Develops project scope, fee, schedule, and services
- Responsible for consultant contracts
- Ensures timely communication of project information to and from clients and project team
- Manages project using HOK's Project Management system
- Maintains, fosters, and shepherds client relationships throughout project
- Leads project team to determine function and spatial requirements
- Fosters and maintains a collaborative working relationship with the Regional Leadership team
- Provides leadership including professional development coaching and mentoring staff
