Job Description
HOK is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Aviation with 15 years of experience in architectural practice and prior management experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, leading project teams, and providing excellent client service.
Requirements
- Leadership: Fosters and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the Project Leadership Team.
- Management: Works with Project Architect to avoid or eliminate conflicts in schedule due to changes in various projects.
- Client Interface: Responsible for maintaining client relationships throughout project.
- Business Development: Participates in developing annual business plan for the Regional Practice.
- Staff Development: Provides leadership including professional development coaching and mentoring staff.
