We are seeking a dynamic EU Affairs Lead to join our Brussels-based Public Policy & Government Relations team, responsible for shaping our strategic positioning across EU institutions and Member States.
Requirements
- 10+ years of EU public affairs experience
- Industry/construction sector experience is strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in the Clean Industrial Deal and associated initiatives
- Deep understanding of the EU policy agenda, institutional processes and Brussels decision-making culture
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Entrepreneurial and self-starter with high degree of autonomy, initiative and ownership
- Ability to thrive in matrix organisations, bridging policy insights with operational realities
- Excellent diplomatic skills and ability to build consensus across internal and external stakeholders
