Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing commercial role
- Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in handling customer conversations and identifying opportunities
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pricing, contracts, and data management
- IT literate with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience desirable)
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong results focus
- Commercial awareness and the ability to understand customer and market dynamics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
