Job Description
Clinical Support Specialist responsible for managing client communication and needs, processing referrals, and ensuring efficient appointment scheduling. Provides prescriber support and has oversight of client records.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in a medical or mental health care office setting or other professional business office setting including customer service and data entry
- Clearances: Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
