Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist plays an important role in supporting accurate and timely invoice processing, maintaining vendor documentation, and assisting in financial operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail, especially with data entry and coding
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred
• Clear and professional communication skills with a customer-service mindset
• Ability to manage deadlines, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
