Technology Specialist

As a Technology Specialist, you'll provide technical and security support across assigned states, troubleshooting issues, supporting new location launches, and ensuring systems stay online, secure, and compliant.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, technology infrastructure, or security systems
• Comfortable supporting users across multiple channels and working onsite as needed
• Proficient in Windows with strong written and verbal communication skills
