Information Governance Analyst

The Information Governance Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting our information governance strategy of all client and firm assets. The Analyst assists with departmental system administration, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Additionally, this role involves managing projects, ensuring effective use of systems, writing and maintaining procedural documentation, and providing training sessions.

Requirements

• Five (5) + years of experience in the field of records management, legal preferred
• Master of Library and Information Science degree or equivalent
• Expert level experience with records management software
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, have excellent computer and organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Demonstrated leadership in managing small to medium technical projects and strong collaboration skills
