Charge Nurse (Emergency Department), Part Time Nights

The Charge Nurse assists the Department Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department on their assigned shift. This includes promoting patient safety, achieving initial and ongoing competencies, and assisting in developing and maintaining department-specific policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program required
• Current Michigan RN License required
• Current BLS for the Healthcare Provider (or completed within 60 days of hire) required
• ACLS Certification or completed within one year of hire
• PALS certification or completed within one year of hire
