Registered Nurse (Home Health), Full Time

The RN is responsible for the provision and coordination of patient-centered care, providing leadership by delegating and working collaboratively with the healthcare team. The RN must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and service appropriate to the age of the patients served.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program required
• Current Michigan RN License (or completed by end of orientation) required
• Current BLS for the Healthcare Provider (or completed within 60 days of hire) required
