Job Description
The Director of IT eCommerce is responsible for delivering, executing, and operating Holley's digital commerce platforms, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, secure, and meet business demands.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software delivery, digital commerce, or application leadership roles
- 3-5+ years leading delivery-focused technical teams (engineering, QA, application support)
- Proven experience operating and scaling enterprise eCommerce platforms
- Strong history of partnering with Marketing and business teams to deliver outcomes
