Job Description
We are looking for a Part-time LVN to administer skilled nursing care to patients in their home environment, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and Hollywood Home Health staff. The ideal candidate will have a CA state license to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, at least 1 year of home health experience, and be able to work flexible schedules.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current CA state license to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
- A minimum of 1 year home health experience
- Valid CPR Certification
- Nurse Liability Insurance (NSO)
- Current valid Driver's License with automobile insurance
