Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead and organize our technical workshop, ensuring efficient processes, high quality standards, and optimal resource utilization.
Requirements
- Completed technical training
- Several years of professional experience in a workshop, production, or service environment
- Initial or extensive leadership experience in a technical setting
- Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and high quality awareness
- Technical expertise in mechanics, electronics, and ideally control systems
- Confident use of common IT applications (MS Office; ERP systems are a plus)
- Good German and English language skills
