Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Scientist in Bioinformatics/Data Science to join our team and contribute to the expansion of Hologic Diagenode's expertise in biomarker-based predictive models.
Requirements
- PhD or industry experience in the development of algorithms and analytical tools to interrogate biological data
- Experience in bioinformatics programming and statistics environments, including Linux scripting (e.g. Bash) R, RStudio and job queueing systems
- Experience with NGS data analysis
- Background in machine learning is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English language, any additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills: customers, colleagues and reports
