Job Description
Helpdesk Support Technician role at Hologic in Zaventem, Belgium. Providing IT support to business partners, troubleshooting technology challenges, and educating end-users on tool utilization. Expected skills include Windows 10/11 experience, Microsoft Office/Office 365, laptop and printer hardware knowledge, and mobile device support experience.
Requirements
- IT Helpdesk ticket response and closure
- PC / Laptop / Printers / Telephone System / Business Applications Hardware and Software installation, upgrades / replacements, troubleshooting
- Technical advice and guidance for Hologic employees
- Computer imaging and troubleshooting
- Work directly with vendors on installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance
