This Design Assurance Manager position will oversee a team of engineers supporting new product development and sustaining products, ensuring that products are designed, tested, and manufactured to the highest levels of customer quality.

Requirements

• Manage a team of Design Assurance Engineers
• Develop, implement and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems and activities
• Ensure safety and effectiveness are designed into and maintained in medical devices
• Prepare and present reports outlining the outcome of technical projects
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel
• Manage budgets
• Lead large and complex projects
• Develop and lead a high performing team
• Manage direct reports and projects
• Mentor and coach team members
