Job Description
The Manufacturing Trainer is responsible for overseeing key training elements within Operations, supporting associate-level training plans, and ensuring training compliance within the electronic training tracking system.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a trainer in a learning and development environment
- Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing and Cleanroom Environment
- High-level understanding of local manufacturing processes and GMP requirements
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
