Job Description
We have a Parts Counter Sales Representative position available in Texarkana, Texas. The job involves selling CAT parts to customers, handling cash transactions, traveling up to 30%, and working in various conditions. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Model, promote, reinforce, and reward the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes
- Complete all parts transactions for internal/external customers in an accurate, timely, and supportive manner
- Participate in all sales programs sponsored by Holt and the dealership manufacturer
- Ensure that product information systems are kept current and new product information is updated
- Assist customers by responding to after-hours call-out needs
- Demonstrate well-organized skills
- Demonstrate good phone and people skills
- Must be proficient with computers
- Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Must have excellent attendance and work performance
- Must be self-motivated with a high commitment to completing tasks in a timely manner
