Work as an Automation Specialist, developing automation solutions to make daily processes more efficient. Identify repetitive tasks, analyze their automation potential, and implement solutions that save time.
Requirements
- Analyzing existing business processes and identifying automation potential
- Developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions
- Documenting workflows, including benefits, maintenance, and time savings
- Monitoring existing automation and independently troubleshooting issues
- Collaborating with Operations Lead and Process Owners
- Developing and maintaining Playbooks, documenting learnings, and improvements
- Implementing new automation projects and continuously optimizing existing processes
