Requirements
- 5+ years of game design experience, including ownership of combat systems on at least one shipped RPG, strategy, or character collection title
- Strong combat systems knowledge: Deep understanding of combat mechanics, scaling models, stat systems, and long-term meta health
- Mobile F2P experience, ideally in live ops environments
- Meta design experience: Experience contributing to or shaping a long-term combat meta
- Character design experience: Ability to design clear roles, abilities, and synergies within a broader combat ecosystem
- Strategic systems thinking: Experience designing combat systems that remain scalable and healthy for long-term live development
- Analytical and tooling proficiency: Strong skills in Google Sheets, experience working in Unity, and the ability to prototype and iterate quickly
- Clear communication: Ability to produce structured documentation and confidently present design decisions to stakeholders
