Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in paid social creative strategy, performance marketing, or digital advertising
- Strong understanding of Meta ad formats, audience targeting, and creative variables that influence performance
- Analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting campaign metrics to drive creative decisions
- Experience briefing and collaborating with creative teams (designers, video editors, copywriters)
- Familiarity with creative testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Ads Manager, creative analytics dashboards)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
