Process Engineer

Home Chef is seeking a Process Engineer to identify and implement process improvements across the Lithia Springs location, with a focus on centralized portioning operations.

Requirements

• Experience in food manufacturing
• Strong candidates may have experience in supply chain, plant operations, or operational excellence roles
• Experience supporting and improving automated machinery
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
• Completion of a four-year degree program in a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in operations strongly preferred
