Production Lead - 2nd Shift - Days Off: Mondays & Tuesdays

Home Chef is seeking a Production Lead to oversee production associates on the 2nd shift, working from 4 PM to 12:30 AM, with designated days off on Monday and Tuesday. The Production Lead will be responsible for guiding production associates, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements

• General high school degree, or equivalent
• Strong attendance and performance record as a Home Chef production associate
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
