Home Chef is seeking a FSQA Superintendent to provide support to the Tempo Ready to Heat (RTH) Team in ensuring core Food Safety & Quality programs are maintained in a state of compliance. The FSQA Superintendent will lead by example in driving food safety culture and oversee food safety, quality assurance and sanitation in Home Chef's ready to heat kitchens.
Requirements
- Completion of a two-year program such as an Associate degree
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in quality assurance, food safety, food distribution, food manufacturing, supply chain, or related field
- Previous experience with GFSI, SQF and USDA audits preferred.
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who is results-oriented, resourceful, and takes initiative
- Capable of handling multiple responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to embrace change and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
