Data Protection Business Partner

Role Overview

You'll play a key role in implementing data protection best practice across Home Group. Working closely with the Data Protection Manager, you'll support compliance delivery by advising colleagues on the lawful and responsible use of personal data.

What You Will Do

Provide clear, practical data protection advice across services and projects. Lead on managing data breaches and supporting proportionate risk decisions. Complete and review Data Protection Impact Assessments with confidence.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of UK data protection law
• Provable experience handling data subject rights, data breaches, and Data Protection Impact Assessments
• Confidence explaining complex issues in clear, practical language, to all levels of the organisation
• Sound judgement and ability to challenge constructively when needed
• Data protection qualification or equivalent experience
