Housing Concierge

We are looking for a Housing Concierge to work in Southampton. The job involves making sure our customers are safe, our buildings are secure, and that we get on with our neighbours. You will be the first line of support for our customers and will work with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour. This is a part-time role, working 9 hours per night, 4 on 4 off.

Requirements

• Calm under pressure with great communication skills
• Passion and experience in supporting others, either personally or professionally
• Good judgement and clear communication
