Job Description
Support Coordinator role in Bodmin, Cornwall, working 30 hours per week, with a salary of £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum, pro rata). Responsibilities include leading support planning, coordinating support workers, and supporting customers with daily tasks. The role requires a passion for supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting, and a Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience.

- Passion and experience in supporting others
- Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience
- Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
- Ability to work under own initiative, remain calm under pressure, and have a resilient approach
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic experienced team and have a great sense of humour
- Stronger communication and interpersonal skills
