Support Worker

Requirements

• Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally
• Ability to work on your own initiative, staying calm and positive under pressure
• Flexibility and a personal approach to listening to customers' needs
• Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willingness to study towards it)
• Enhanced DBS with barring list (paid for by the employer)
