Financial Reporting Director

We’re seeking a Financial Reporting Director to lead Home Hardware’s financial reporting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial information. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting expertise, operational leadership, and a passion for developing teams and improving processes. The role involves overseeing financial statements, management reporting, and regulatory disclosures, as well as leading the external audit process and managing relationships with auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, with a CPA designation.
• A minimum of ten years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including experience leading financial reporting and close processes within a complex organization.
• Proven ability to interact and consult with key senior decision makers.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear executive level insights.
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
