Production Supervisor

As our Production Supervisor, you will direct the day-to-day operation of the production areas, ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety legislation, and making quality checks to ensure product meets standards. You will also recommend continuous improvement initiatives and ensure proper housekeeping within each department.

Requirements

• University Degree or College Diploma in Business or related discipline
• 3-5 years experience in a supervisor or lead role in a manufacturing environment
• Familiar with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations for Industrial Establishments Reg 851
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel)
• Ability to motivate, manage and provide direction to Team Members
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Lean and Continuous Improvement training and experience
• Forklift experience an asset
