Job Description
Physical Therapy Assistants are certified/licensed professionals who evaluate, plan, direct and administer medically prescribed Physical Therapy programs in home health to facilitate maximum rehabilitation of patients assigned.
Requirements
- Must be currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant within the state
- Minimum of one year's appropriate experience as a physical therapist assistant
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary setting
- Valid driver's license and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
- Has presented negative TB skin test and/or CXR
- Ability to pass fingerprinting and/or background screening as required by state law
- Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
