Registered Care Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager with a passion for caring to join our team at Lewisham & Southwark Office, based in Lewisham. As our Registered Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-date operation of the office, maintaining highest standard of care we deliver whilst focusing on growth and development of our care service.

Requirements

• Proven track record in providing the highest quality of service
• Experience in leading a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent
• Ability to build fantastic working relationships
• Strong influencing skills and is commercially aware
• Drive and motivation to develop our care services
• Strong organisation and planning skills
• Flexibility to meet the demands of the business
