We're looking for an experienced and passionate Care Manager to lead our growing team and ensure the highest standards of care delivery. The role involves overseeing all aspects of care operations and compliance, leading a team of care professionals, and driving service growth while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in a management or senior care role within domiciliary or social care
- NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
- Excellent understanding of CIW regulations and compliance
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
