Job Description
We’re looking for a part time or full time Training & Support Team Leader to support, develop, and empower our Care Professionals. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our team has the skills, confidence, and knowledge to provide outstanding care.
Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the health and social care sector
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to support, motivate, and develop others
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when required
