Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy license issued by the California Physical Therapy Board.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
- Minimum of one (1) year of Physical Therapy experience required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of pediatric experience, preferably serving children from birth to five (0–5) years of age.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Spanish preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook for documentation and communication.
- Collaborative, team-oriented professional with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build positive, supportive, and professional working relationships with families, colleagues, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of program documentation and paperwork.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage workload independently.
- Demonstrates cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with diverse families, values, and lifestyles.
