Requirements

• Maintain client safety by providing routine supervision and identifying and responding to emergency situations
• Support clients with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming, restroom use, and meal preparation
• Engage individuals in communication using various methods, including verbal and non-verbal communication
• Manage challenging behaviors in accordance with guidance and instructions provided by the primary caregiver
• Support individuals in attending and participating in routine appointments and community activities
