Occupational Therapists - Young Adult Programming
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation, Occupational Therapy, or related field strongly preferred. 2+ years of experience working therapeutically with young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) or medically complex needs
Food Service Worker
Must be able to read, write, and understand English, have basic math skills, and adapt to the needs of residents, staff, and visitors
CNA, Night Shift
High school diploma, CPR certification, and state Registered Nurse Aide certification required
Physical Therapist Assistant, PRN
Associate’s degree, current KY PTA license, experience in PT with pediatric and young adult populations, excellent communication skills
CNA - Vent Unit - Night Shift
High school diploma or equivalent, current CPR certification, and current State Registered Nurse Aide certification required
CSW / LCSW
Master's degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related subject area, eligibility for professional licensure or certification in KY, and valid driver's license
RN, Charge Nurse
RN, Charge Nurses must have current, unencumbered KY RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to lead with compassion and professionalism
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
High school diploma or equivalent, Current CPR / Basic Life Support certification, Current State Registered Nurse Aide certification (Certified Nurse Aide)
Speech & Language Pathologist, PRN
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current SLP licensure in Kentucky, and experience working with pediatric and medically complex populations preferred
Respiratory Therapist, Days
Valid license, certification, and communication skills required
