Breakfast Attendant

Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter is seeking a dynamic Breakfast Attendant. The purpose of the Breakfast Attendant is to greet guests with warm hospitality and ensure smooth operation.

Requirements

• Display friendly attitude greeting and seating guests
• Seat and present guest with clean menus
• Answer phone properly and promptly
• Keep reception area clean and neat
• Know locations of all outlets and services
• Be familiar with menu items and daily specials
• Assist guests in finding rooms, conference rooms, meeting rooms and banquets
• Assure smooth transition at shift change
• Keep Reservation Book up to date and accurate
• Be flexible, reliable, and available for scheduling
• Assist with bussing tables, pouring water, and resetting tables
• Assist managers as necessary with light administrative responsibilities
